Hundreds lined Route 100 in Waitsfield, VT, Saturday morning, March 1, to protest the visit of Vice President J.D. Vance, who came to ski with his family at nearby Sugarbush Ski Resort in Warren. It was a boisterous scene as demonstrators jammed the roadside waving signs as many passing motorists honked back at them. A handful of demonstrators, above, also protested at the bottom of the lifts at Sugarbush’s Lincoln Peak. Judging from the signs, many protestors were reacting to Friday’s meeting between Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, Vance and President Donald Trump. Click here for a gallery.
